Primary Route(s) of Entry: Skin contact /absorption and inhalation
Signs and Symptoms of Overexposure: Gastrointestinal irritation (nausea, vomiting,
diarrhea), irritation to nose, throat, and respiratory tract.
Target Organ Effects: Overexposure to this material (or its components) has been
suggested as a cause of the following effects in laboratory animals and may aggravate
pre-existing disorders or these organs in humans: chronic ingestion may cause kidney
and liver lesions at high doses.
IMMEDIATE HEALTH EFFECTS:
EYES: Exposure may cause noticeable pain, and severe irritation and transient corneal
injury.
SKIN: Exposure may cause mild skin irritation. Prolonged or repeated exposure may dry
the skin. Symptoms may include redness, burning, drying and cracking and skin burns.
Additional symptoms of skin contact may include allergic reaction. Skin absorption is
possible, but harmful effects are not expected from this route of exposure under normal
handling and use.
INHALATION: Exposure to vapor or mist is possible. Short-term inhalation is not likely
to cause harmful effects: breathing large amounts may be harmful. Symptoms are more
typically seen at air concentrations exceeding the recommended exposure limits.
INGESTION: Single dose oral toxicity is low. Swallowing small amounts during normal
handling is not likely to cause harmful effects: swallowing large amounts may be harmful.
REPRODUCTIVE / DEVELOPMENTAL INFORMATION: No Data

SECTION - 4 FIRST AID MEASURES
EYES- Flush eyes with clear water for 15 minutes. Get prompt medical attention.
SKIN- Rinse with water for 15 minutes. If irritation develops, get medical attention.
INHALATION- If symptoms develop move victim to fresh air. If symptoms persist, call a
physician.
INGESTION- Immediately give 1 or 2 glasses of water and induce vomiting by sticking
finger down throat. Keep victim's head below waist to prevent aspiration into lungs. Get
prompt medical attention.

containers retain product residues (vapor, liquid, and/or solid), all hazard precautions
given in the data sheet must be observed.

Eye Protection: Chemical Splash goggle in compliance with OSHA regulations are
advised: however, OSHA regulations also permit other type safety glasses. Consult your
safety representative.
Skin Protection: Wear rubber gloves (consult your safety equipment supplier). To
prevent repeated or prolonged skin contact, wear impervious clothing and boots.
Respiratory Protection: If workplace exposure limits of product or any component are
exceeded (see exposure guidelines), NIOSH/OSHA approved air supplied respirator is
advised in the absence of proper environmental control. OSHA relations also permit other
NIOSH/OSHA respirators (negative pressure type) under specific conditions (see your
industrial hygienist). Engineering or administrative controls should be implemented to
reduce exposure.
Engineering Controls: Provide sufficient mechanical (general and local exhaust)
ventilation to maintain exposure below level of overexposure (from known, suspected or
apparent adverse effects).
